In this 90-minute session, you are invited to put your own needs first and do what feels best for you. We can have a cup of tea and a Tarot reading, brainstorm, grieve, snuggle, make some art, or do some gentle breathing and stretching.
If you prefer, I can leave you to your solitude and you can take a nap or a bath. This time and space is for you to rest, rejuvenate and let someone else take care of the details.
